S&K Theatrical Draperies, Inc. Return Policy

S&K Theatrical Draperies, Inc. is unable to accept returns on orders that are already in production or cut. Custom-dyed fabrics cannot be returned or cancelled. Custom manufactured, modified or specialized curtain track systems and curtain machines cannot be returned unless defective. In case of freight damage, notice must be received within ten days of receipt of the damaged freight. All defective returns MUST be pre-approved and accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization.*

Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

All defective products must be returned to us within 30 days from the invoice date unless covered by separate manufacturer’s warranty.

No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer service/sales departments. Please call your salesperson. Please provide the following information: Purchaser Name, Order Number or Invoice Number, Date of Invoice and Nature of Problem, Original Packing List or Invoice.

All return authorization numbers must appear on the packing label. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from date of issuance.

All transportation and insurance charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, COD's will not be accepted.)

A restocking charge of 25% will apply on all authorized returned goods.

Credits/refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives and inspects returned merchandise.
